Welcome to CUGOL

The Computer User Group of Lincolnton is a non-profit volunteer group of computer enthusiasts.  It was organized around 1983 as the Commodore User Group of Lincolnton.

As Commodore computers have been replaced with newer technology, the group has migrated to PC type computers and any mobile computers.

The club meets once a month to promote the knowledge and use of home computing.

Visitors are welcome at the meetings that are held on the first Saturday of each month from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Meetings are held at the Charles R. Jonas Public Library, 306 West Main Street, Lincolnton, North Carolina, 28092.

We encourage novices to come by and learn more about your computer or experts to stop by and share their knowledge. Programs are presented at various meetings throughout the year on various computer topics. We have a library of books for members to check out on computing subjects. Membership fee is 20 dollars per year for entire family.

Update on 27 August 2014, check out the Links pages, all were updated.

The CUGOL meeting will be September 6, 2014 at 10 AM at the Charles R. Jonas Public Library, 306 West Main Street, Lincolnton, North Carolina, 28092.

We will be having our normal meeting, please bring something to show off or troubleshoot and have questions to ask.
